The B.E.E.R. Method- Get back on track without the Extreme Diets or Workouts

Anyone over eat this holiday or weekend and feel like You are back to
Square one?

Good news is that chances are you didn't go back to square one,

Better news is you just need to implement what I like to call the
B.E.E.R. METHOD to get right back on track!

Whether after a holiday, preparing for an event (like a race), or you're looking to FINALLY lose and keep off those pesky last few pounds or inches,

The B.E.E.R. Method is a guaranteed way to get there without the Extreme diets, workouts, or cleanses that only deprive you.

I developed this method while training for American Ninja Warrior, the various races I participate in, and to help my clients stop relying on Extreme Diets, Workouts, and Cleanses that end up setting them back in the long run.

B- Back to Basics

Stay away from extreme diets and workouts that promise you quick results, only to deprive you, and then put everything in reverse (back to where you were or worse)

Instead get back to the basics;
  • Daily movement (find a routine that works for you and ask for help
  • Drink more water (½ your body weight in ounces is ideal, but 1 cup more a day than what you are currently doing will show improvement
  • Eat proper portions for YOU

E- Eat more Vegetables

Stop focusing on what to eliminate from your diet. This just leads to an imbalance in the nutrients your body needs and frustration because of cravings.

Instead focus on the good foods you can put into your body.

Especially focusing on Vegetables that will add much needed fiber and Energy that will flush out the crap you want, and provide the nutrients, vitamins, and good carbs to help fuel you for the day.

E- Enjoy Balanced Meals and Portions

Stop depriving and starving yourself in order to hit a caloric deficit. 1200 calories is an arbitrary number that doesn’t mean shit unless you’ve utilized a formula that put you in that calorie range.

Instead focus on balanced nutrition from good healthy choices that will provide you with the portions your body needs to thrive.

Aim for Nutrients not Calories!

R- Relax and Recover (with a Beer of Course)

Stop killing yourself in the gym to burn off the habits you are regretting, or said would only be one cheat meal.

Instead understand that 1 meal, 1 snack, 1 day of drinking is NOT going to negate the good habits you’ve been following.

Stay consistent, get back on track, and realize you can enjoy more often when you Relax and Recover from that 1 “bad” meal, snack, drink, holiday, etc.
